Kowloon City District is located in central Kowloon and covers the areas of Kowloon City, East Kowloon Tong, Hung Hom, Ho Man Tin and To Kwa Wan. The population density of the district is relatively low due to high-rise restirction as a result of the former Kai-Tak Internation Airport.
